## About the house

The main Guesthouse has a front patio, a sunken lounge with leather seating and a wall-mounted TV, and an open-plan living and dining area adjoining a kitchen with valley views. Multiple living areas provide space for groups to gather or spread out.

Two outdoor zones include a shaded dining deck overlooking the valley and a hot-tub deck with a servery to an indoor bar equipped with a sink and mini fridge. The estate also has a pool, BBQ, outdoor lounge, festoon lights, a ceiling fan and an outdoor TV.

The Guesthouse's elevated primary suite has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, spa-style ensuite and private balcony. A separate guest wing contains two queen bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill ensuite and a lounge. A fourth queen bedroom is near a third bathroom and full laundry. Ducted heating and cooling serve the Guesthouse.

The Retreat sits privately at the rear of the estate. It has an open-plan living area with a smart TV, a compact kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher, and a king bedroom with split-system climate control. An adjacent bathroom and washer serve the Retreat. Its exclusive courtyard has sun loungers, a BBQ, a Balinese-inspired outdoor bath nook and a private fire pit.

A high chair and portacot are available on request, along with extra pillows and blankets. Optional experiences and services include wine tours, private chefs, catering, in-home yoga and private transport; request arrangements at booking. The town centre and cellar doors are 10 minutes away.
