- Pets are welcome. The yard is not fully secured, and dogs must never be left unattended. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet.
- Kitchen
- The Guesthouse has a kitchen adjoining its living and dining area. The Retreat has a compact kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher. A microwave and coffee maker are also provided.
- Washing machine
- The Guesthouse has a full laundry; the Retreat has a washer. A dryer and iron are provided.
