The house

The upper level has open-plan living, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a powder room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a full-width balcony with glass balustrading overlook the ocean. Downstairs are the third bedroom, main bathroom, full laundry and a second living area, with beach access via the side door.
