The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A breakfast nook opens onto the rear deck. Three bedrooms are upstairs: one with a king bed and TV, one with a twin bed and sleeper sofa, and one with two twin beds. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. A main-floor open sleeping area has another sleeper sofa and TV. All five sleeping areas have air conditioning. The two full bathrooms include a main-floor shower and an upstairs shower/tub combination. Linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $90.00 per night of the reservation. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger balance payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property carries up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
