Red Cliff 2J accommodates six guests with three bedrooms, four beds and two bathrooms. The condo has views of the La Sal Mountains and is about five miles southeast of downtown Moab, with Spanish Valley and red cliffs nearby. The entrance to Arches National Park is 10 miles away.

The condo is about five miles southeast of downtown Moab and 10 miles from the entrance to Arches National Park.

Maximum occupancy is six guests; guests must also stay within the number on the reservation. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residential use.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, while emotional support animals require pet authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, and tents or other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times.

Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning (or actual cost if greater) for rule violations or excessive mess, and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may result in removal without refund.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Shared amenities are outside Avari's control. The cancellation policy shown on the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override these general terms, and booking-channel terms control in a conflict.
