What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 15:00 on arrival day and check-out is by 10:00. Different times may be arranged in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with a maximum of one small or medium-sized pet. A pet fee applies; ask before booking.
Is there parking?
Free parking for two cars is available right outside the cabin.
How many guests can the cabin sleep?
The cabin sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms. It has one king bed with balcony access, one double bed, two single beds and 1.5 bathrooms.
Is there Wi-Fi and a TV?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin. There is a smart TV for logging into your own streaming accounts; the built-in aerial receives local Slovenian channels only, with no cable or international channels.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €2.50 per adult per night. Children aged 7–18 pay half that amount, and children under 7 stay free. It is collected on arrival.
What should I know about staying in the cabin?
The original staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is steep. A dehumidifier is provided for periods of heavy rain.
What is the winter access like?
The driveway and immediate property area are cleared before arrival, and snow shovels and grit are provided. During heavy snow or ice, the driveway may not be passable; a paid public car park is five minutes' walk away. Regular clearing can be arranged through a local service for around €25 per hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 60 days or more before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 59 to 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 30 days before arrival, or early departures, receive no refund.
What is required to secure a booking?
90% of the total is due on confirmation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The tourist tax and security deposit are due on arrival.
