The apartment occupies the second floor of a historic palace associated with the Real Teatro Umberto I°, with no elevator.

The entrance opens into a dining room with a dining table and a small fully functional kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. The dining room leads to a terrace furnished with a table. A separate sitting area has a sofa and armchair. Three double bedrooms have queen-size beds and period floors, and the apartment has three bathrooms with shower stalls.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone. Nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot are recommended. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places can cause noise during the day and night.
