The apartment is in a quiet, secure residence and has two bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a lounge. The master bedroom has a double bed and opens onto a terrace. The second bedroom has bunk-bed accommodation, and the lounge has sofa-bed accommodation and opens onto a terrace.
Kitchen equipment includes a fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. Parking is included. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, and professional cleaning takes place before and after each stay. Children are welcome.
The residence is about 15 minutes from Grimaud village and 10 minutes from Port Grimaud. A nearby restaurant and small grocery store open only during summer; shopping areas and restaurants are at least a 10-minute drive away. Cogolin train station is 10 minutes away by car, and Gulf of Saint-Tropez airport is 16 minutes away by car.
