The home accommodates 10 guests in four bedrooms, with two additional guests beyond the standard bed occupancy accommodated using trifold floor mattresses and extra linens available on request. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private patio, balcony and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub in a windowed alcove. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 3 has a double bed, and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

An expansive patio overlooks rolling hills and valleys and includes a private infinity pool, hot tub, two outdoor dining tables and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill. Indoors, the living room has large windows, seating and a fireplace. There is a pool table, a dining area, a breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a gas range and island seating. Heating, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available.

All bedrooms have window coverings, but the living spaces do not. The surround sound speakers are currently inoperable. A pack n' play travel crib is available; a high chair can be requested with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Wineries, vineyards and tasting rooms are a short drive away.

The home is high on a hill, reached via a driveway shared with three other homes. Keep right all the way uphill to the house at the top; parking is on the driveway. Wineries, vineyards and tasting rooms are a short drive away. Living spaces do not have window coverings.

The booking guest must be at least 21. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided, and the installed surround sound speakers are currently inoperable. Occupancy of 10 includes two guests beyond standard bed occupancy; trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available on request. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
