House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and proof of age is required. Up to two family dogs are welcome. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors, and any music audible at the property line is a violation of the city ordinance. Daytime people noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Pool and spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day; pricing varies with pool and spa size and heating can take up to 48 hours, so request it before arrival.
Getting there
The home is in a private, gated community in Rancho Mirage. The River outdoor mall and El Paseo shopping and dining are nearby. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a little under eight miles south; Joshua Tree National Park and the 25,000-acre Pioneertown Mountains Preserve are both within 40 miles; the Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum is about 45 miles north.
