## About the house

The home accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. An entertainment courtyard has landscaping, an outdoor kitchen, seating, a pool and an elevated spa, with the San Bernardino Mountains in the distance. Inside are a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent table for six, a separate dining area, a wet bar and two living spaces, one with a gas fireplace. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
