What staying here is like
The property has 20 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV and safe box. Bedrooms 1–7 are on the ground floor; bedrooms 8–20 are on the second floor. A ground-floor half bathroom is in front of the pool and rancho. Common spaces include a living room, second-floor lounge, two pool tables, ping-pong table, a full bar, dance floor with laser lighting, fish tank and dining tables for 28. Outdoors are a freeform swimming pool, 10-person jacuzzi, swim-up bar, covered rancho with a bar, ranchito, outdoor dining area, sand volleyball court and basketball half court. Daily housekeeping, on-site maintenance, day and night concierge service and an overnight doorman are included. Breakfast chef service is included for two hours daily and dinner chef service for three hours daily, including dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day. Chef shopping service is included; groceries are not included. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery is included. A private 25-passenger bus with a certified local driver and fuel is included for up to 15 hours daily, covering Jaco Beach, Hermosa Beach, Herradura and Los Sueños Resort. There is no driver on departure day; airport transfers are not included. An additional bus is available for groups larger than 25.
