House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Pets are welcome; contact the host if bringing more than one pet. The studio is family friendly but is not a good fit for infants under two.
Getting there
Bondi Beach is right outside, and local cafés and dining spots are within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stop is a three-minute walk away, with direct connections to Westfield Bondi Junction and the CBD. Access requires climbing a flight of stairs and one interior step; no on-site parking is available. The studio is not a good fit for infants under two. Remedial works in neighbouring apartments begin on 20 August 2026 for approximately 10 weeks; occasional construction noise and some dust may occur.
