The open-plan studio combines sleeping, lounging, dining and cooking areas. It has a double bed with a queen duvet, a compact sofa, a wall-mounted TV and a dining nook by the window. Portable heating and cooling are provided.

The compact kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries and a window. A private washer is integrated into the studio, and Wi-Fi is available.

Bondi Beach is right outside, with dining spots and local cafés within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stop is a three-minute walk away, with direct connections to Westfield Bondi Junction and the CBD. The Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk is nearby.

The studio is on the ground level, but access from the street involves a flight of stairs to the building entrance and one small step in the interior corridor. There is no on-site parking. Neighbouring apartments will undergo remedial works from 20 August 2026 for approximately 10 weeks, with occasional construction noise and some dust possible.
