House rules
Active construction is taking place around Ramsgate Harbour, so construction noise and traffic may be present during the stay. Pets are not allowed. The seasonal beach setup is available from March through October, or March 1 through October 31 according to the FAQ, and must be requested before 10 AM. The setup includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Beach gear and bikes are not provided but may be rented through a local vendor. Travel insurance is not included. Wire transfers are not accepted.
Getting there
The condominium has private beach access and is described as Gulf-front. The 30A, Inlet, and Rosemary Beaches are approximately a 7-minute drive away; Camp Helen State Park is a 5-minute drive away; and Pier Park is a 10-minute drive away. Bayou Bills and Waffle House are within a 2-minute walk, while Publix and CVS are a 2-minute drive away. Beach access is described as private, but the access route is not specified.
