The flat has an open-plan lounge and dining area with soft furnishings, house plants and travel- and nature-themed artwork. The fully equipped modern kitchen has white splashback tiling, accent lighting and wooden worktops, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom sits in the eaves beneath exposed wooden beams and has one double bed, vintage bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The plant-filled bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath, shower, double wash basin and washing machine. Parts of the top floor have low ceilings, particularly around the bathroom door.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, central heating, a smart TV, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, bed linen, toiletries and essentials are provided. The flat is suitable for children and infants. Plants from Columbia Road's flower market feature throughout the home.
