The renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Ocean City's noise-control ordinances apply. Exceeding applicable noise limits through activity at the property violates the rental agreement and is grounds for eviction under Maryland law; violations of other city noise ordinances may also be criminal offenses.
Getting there
The oceanfront building has direct beach access. Gold Coast Mall is within walking distance. Parking is paid only.
