## About the house

Guests have exclusive access to the full house. The living room has original coving, a black iron fireplace, a tall bay window, a sofa and matching armchair, plus Freeview and a DVD player. All TVs in the house are smart TVs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and cookware. The dining area seats six, and French doors lead to an enclosed patio with seating for six. A Bluetooth speaker, a log burner and starter kindling are provided. A welcome pack contains treats from a local bakery.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor and the third is on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a double bed and the third has twin beds. Each bedroom has bed linen, a dressing table and a flat-screen TV. The second-floor bedroom also has a PS4 with games; games, books and DVDs are available in the house.

The first-floor family bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower, a separate large walk-in shower, a WC and a basin. Children's dinnerware and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Restaurants, cafés, shops, pubs and bars are within a 10-minute walk. Whitby train station and its nearby taxi rank provide local transport connections. Bus routes include the X4 towards Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes, the X93 to Scarborough, and the 95 serving villages including Grosmont and Lealholm.

Guests must transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage during the stay.
