## About the house

The finca comprises a two-storey main house and a separate annexe, offered together as one stay. The main house has four bedrooms with wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite shower bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. One bedroom is on the ground floor and three are upstairs. There is space for up to two cots. The ground-floor living-dining room has satellite TV and opens onto a porch; a second living room provides space for watching TV and relaxing.

The kitchen has a dining area, gas cooker, stainless-steel appliances, worktops and cupboards. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The annexe has its own living room and two twin bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, fan and en-suite shower bathroom. Both buildings have oil-fired central heating.

The private saltwater pool measures 11 × 5 metres and is 1.10–1.80 metres deep. Outdoor facilities include 12 sun loungers, barbecue facilities, a wooden dining table with benches, porches and terraces. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for eight cars are available.

The surrounding protected area includes cultivated fields, pine woods, coves and beaches. The centre of Colònia de Sant Pere has bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
