The 240 sqm townhouse combines traditional and contemporary interiors across three levels. The sitting room has plush furniture, paintings and a neo-classical style. The kitchen has a stainless central island and a dining area overlooking the private garden, which has outdoor furniture.

The primary suite is on the second level and has an ensuite with a roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower. A twin guest bedroom on the same level has a balcony. The double guest bedroom on the third level has an ensuite. There is an additional toilet on the entrance level.

Kitchen equipment includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. Free internet is available. The only television is in the kitchen and has internet access only. The fireplaces are ornamental. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.
