What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in may be possible if the room is ready but cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy seasons and events; it costs €10 per hour. Check-out is by noon. Late check-out can be arranged at reception and costs €10 per hour.
Are there pet-friendly rooms?
Some lakeside hotel rooms and some lakeside villas are pet-friendly. Notify the property in advance. The pet fee is €20 per room per night, for up to three pets. Pets are not permitted in manor rooms.
Where is Radalla Resort, and how can I get there?
The address is Uimarintie 1, 47400 Kausala. Radalla Resort is in Iitti and is accessible by car and bicycle. Kausala railway station is 6.3 km away and Kouvola railway station is 24 km away. The resort also has a marina for day visitors.
Is parking free?
Yes. Free parking is available for all guests on the resort grounds.
