The renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Up to two dogs are welcome; no other pets are allowed. Share pet details with the team. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating may take up to 48 hours.

The home is in Racquet Club Estates, minutes from Palm Canyon Drive and downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs International Airport is a short drive away. The main home has a one-level layout; the casita is detached and has a private exterior entrance.
