The house

The bungalow sleeps four guests and has two bathrooms and three patios. The community was built in 1960 by architect William F. Cody and developer Paul Trousdale and is surrounded by gardens. The living area has mid-century modern furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows and a Roku TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and a desk; the dining table seats four. The primary bedroom has a California king bed, a desk, a private patio and a Roku TV. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower; the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Outdoor furnishings include an umbrella, cushioned seating, a gas grill and a bistro table for two. Linens, towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.
