Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
You cannot book just one room; the entire home must be booked.
Is outside food allowed? Are guests allowed to cook?
Guests cannot access the kitchen. Mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals.
How many extra mattresses can be provided?
Two extra mattresses can be arranged on-site, with bed sheets, blankets, and pillows for the extra bedding.
Are the premises monitored using CCTV?
Yes. CCTV cameras are installed in the living room, common areas, and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
