# Quogue Estate Quogue, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house Set on a landscaped lot, this approximately 4,500-square-foot home has a bright open-plan living and dining area, a double-sided fireplace, glass doors and windows, and French doors opening toward the pool deck. The kitchen has appliances, a large island and a breakfast nook. A private office and multiple dedicated workspaces support working from home. The sleeping layout includes an upstairs king primary room, an upstairs queen guest room, two main-floor queen rooms and a main-floor office bedroom with a twin bed. Four bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms; the office bedroom has a half ensuite. An upstairs bonus room provides two additional twin beds, a foosball table, two sofas and a streaming TV. The primary suites include tubs and showers. Outdoor areas include a sundeck with chaise lounges, covered and open patios, outdoor dining and sofa seating, and a fenced backyard. The private heated pool is not fenced. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, fitness equipment, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The house is south of the Highway and south of Quogue Street, minutes from town and beaches. Nearby beaches include Hot Dog Beach, Rogers Beach and Village Beach. Not suitable for unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is 11; additional guests are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Any reservation involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups requires prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees or a security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and paid by the guest. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture and equipment. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Marquis may attempt to arrange rebooking with the owner's agreement. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or higher price and the replacement payment is collected in full, a refund less 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued. If no replacement booking is made, the original stay may be used if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime showings. ## Property questions ## Is the pool fenced?
