House rules
The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Maximum occupancy is 12; no additional guests beyond this limit are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog weighing 80 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $250.00 per booking. Dogs over 80 lbs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. Special-use reservations may require an increased security deposit. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
Getting there
The beach is a short distance away. All bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house or guest house. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
