# Quiogue Estate Quiogue, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house Quiogue Estate accommodates up to 12 guests across eight bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Seven bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house; the eighth is on the second floor of the guest house. All eight bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. Bedrooms 1, 2, 4 and 5 have ensuite bathrooms; Bedroom 3 has a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include king, twin and double beds, a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. The open living area connects the furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has appliances, a microwave and ample preparation space. A sunroom and patio provide additional space, with a dining table and chairs overlooking the lawn and pool area. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, private tennis court and a garden bench. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have cable TV, and Bedroom 3 has a TV. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog weighing 80 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $250.00 per booking. Dogs over 80 lbs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. Special-use reservations may require an increased security deposit.
