The property has five rooms with private bathrooms and mini-fridges. All rooms have views of the forest and agricultural area, and the facilities have central heating. The grounds include forest and cultivated areas and are crossed by a stream. The property is in the Dão-Lafões region, between Caramulo and the Gralheira massif, near the Vouga River. Walking and cycling, including mountain biking, are activities in the area.
