The private rental includes all accommodations and common spaces, guest-ready rooms, a private saloon with cold storage, dining areas, a conference room, a catering-ready commercial kitchen, secure parking, a boat launch, and access to Quilchena Point day use. There are 15 rooms, including six side rooms. Many heritage rooms on the second floor have a pedestal wash-sink; a bath and shower are located at the end of the hall. Bedding and basic dishes and cookware are included.
