The house

The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area opening onto a balcony with bench seating and views over Albert Park Lake and the city skyline. The living area includes lounges and a large wall-mounted TV. A fully equipped kitchen, microwave and dining table support meals at home, with shops and eateries nearby.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, central air-conditioning and heating. The primary bedroom opens directly onto the balcony and has a private ensuite. The second bedroom uses the main bathroom, which has a combined bathtub and shower. Complimentary toiletries and an in-unit washing machine are provided. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a study nook with a desk and chair, lift access, a hair dryer and an iron.

The apartment is across the road from Albert Park Golf Course and Albert Park Circuit, and a short stroll from St Kilda Cricket Ground. Trams provide a short ride to St Kilda Beach or Melbourne’s CBD. Free garage parking is available for one car. Key collection is at a separate store, approximately four minutes away by car, 10 minutes by public transport or 17 minutes on foot.
