Can I check in outside standard hours?

Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00. Contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. An additional fee applies to check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 50% refund applies when cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. No refund applies when cancelling less than 30 days before check-in. See the linked Cancellation Policy for full details.
