The house

The apartment occupies the third floor of a historic building with an elevator. Its open-plan living area has a sofa, dining table and small fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe dividing the space into two parts, with a relaxation area containing a double sofa bed and desk. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, television and fans. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

Turin Porta Susa station is a 15-minute walk away, and Turin Caselle airport is 17 km away. Nearby city attractions include Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo, the Mole Antonelliana, the Royal Palace of Turin and Madama Palace. The Turin Botanical Garden and Valentino Park offer green spaces to explore. Solferino and Consorzio serve typical Piedmontese dishes.

A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
