The condo has a large open balcony with patio furniture overlooking the canal, bay views, sunset views and direct views of the Sunday-night fireworks at Northside Park. The bedrooms contain one king bed and two twin beds, with an additional sleeping space in the common area.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Facilities include a pool, central air conditioning, internet, a washer and dryer in the common space, a TV and board games. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron and a hairdryer are provided. Smoke detectors and a first-aid kit are available.

Groceries, restaurants, Starbucks and Northside Park are within walking distance. The bus stop is one block away, and Ocean Square shopping center is a seven-minute walk away. Two designated on-site parking spaces are included.

Maximum occupancy is five guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Guests must follow the good-neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Ocean City noise ordinances apply; exceeding permitted noise levels can be grounds for eviction under Maryland law, and violations of other town noise ordinances may constitute criminal offenses. Bookings are subject to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; there is no refund within 30 days.
