The house

The home sleeps 10 across more than 1,600 square feet, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The open-plan living area has a large TV, gas-burning fireplace and queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, quartz countertops, cookware, dishes, utensils and countertop appliances. A stacked washer and dryer are in the first-floor half bathroom.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet and private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs, one guest bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower; the other has a queen bed, full-sized trundle and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

A private furnished deck faces Big Mountain Ski Resort and has an adjustable-height patio table for dining or lounging. The community clubhouse offers a gym, year-round hot tub and seasonal swimming pool, typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Other amenities include a grill, smart TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials.
