The condo has an open floor plan with 869 square feet of living space. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV, seating and a gas fireplace. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, two counter stools, cookware, dishes and utensils, along with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. A grill is also provided.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious closet, a flat-screen TV and a private five-piece bathroom with a soaking tub, separate tiled shower, double vanity and separate toilet room. An upstairs loft sleeping area has a queen-size bed and a dresser. Blackout blinds are installed, with motorized blinds in the loft.

The home includes a stacked washer and dryer, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a covered parking spot and private outdoor space. Starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided. Community facilities include a clubhouse, fitness center, seasonal swimming pool and shared hot tub. The hot tub is open year-round; the pool typically opens from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Maximum overnight occupancy is six guests. Smoking, vaping, parties and events are prohibited, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Guests may not host parties at the clubhouse and must follow the rules posted inside. Check-in on December 25 is unavailable. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to complete the reservation. Minimum-stay requirements vary by date. Up to two well-trained dogs are permitted with advance notification, a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, a $100 cleaning fee and applicable taxes; dogs must be crated while their owner is absent.
