The house

The home has more than 1,000 square feet of open-plan living space. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV, seating and a gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, counter seating, cookware, dishes and utensils, plus a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.

The first-floor bedroom has a smart TV, spacious closet and private full bathroom with a separate bathtub and tiled shower, double vanity and separate toilet room. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and TV; its private full bathroom has a shower. A stacked washer and dryer are provided.

The private balcony has patio furniture, a fire table and gas grill. One covered parking spot is provided. Guests have access to the community clubhouse, a shared hot tub open year-round, and a swimming pool typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided. A shuttle to the slopes is offered.
