The home has more than 1,000 square feet of open-plan living space. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV, seating and a gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, counter seating, cookware, dishes and utensils, plus a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.

The first-floor bedroom has a smart TV, spacious closet and private full bathroom with a separate bathtub and tiled shower, double vanity and separate toilet room. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and TV; its private full bathroom has a shower. A stacked washer and dryer are provided.

The private balcony has patio furniture, a fire table and gas grill. One covered parking spot is provided. Guests have access to the community clubhouse, a shared hot tub open year-round, and a swimming pool typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided. A shuttle to the slopes is offered.

No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or events are permitted, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Guests may not host parties at the clubhouse and must follow the rules posted inside. Check-in on December 25 is not available. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation.
