Both bedrooms and the additional sleeping area are on the first/main floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, streaming TV, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, streaming TV, a closet and deck access. An additional sleeping area has a sofa bed. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and Jack-and-Jill access. Linens, towels and bath essentials are provided. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and pot coffee options, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. After cancellation, reopening dates for rebooking is at the owner’s discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the original total is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement’s coverage details.
