House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Children aged 2–12 are welcome; infants under two are not permitted. Stays are fully self-catered, and cooking basics and toiletries are not guaranteed.
Getting there
Access involves several flights of stairs without a lift. The flat spans two floors and the bathroom is on the lower level. The property is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or those unable to use stairs with ease. Infants under two years are not permitted.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at stay.houst.com.
