## About the house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests in four bedrooms, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Two queen ensuite bedrooms have walk-in rain and handheld showers and covered-deck access. Another bedroom has two twin beds, and a fourth has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk set; both also have covered-deck access. A shared full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The second-level covered deck measures 10 by 30 feet and has a hot tub, bench, table and chairs. The third level contains a vaulted great room with ocean views, an entertainment center and a 65-inch TV, plus the kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and open decks. An elevated ship's watch has a double futon, wet bar and conversation area, with sunrise and sunset views. Laundry and storage are on the first level.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple TVs, a washer and dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The stocked kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Pillows and blankets are provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided beginning in 2027.

The ocean and sound are a short walk away via walkways. Central Duck, with its town park, restaurants and shops, is a short drive or bike ride away.
