The house

The home has a formal lounge with a wood fireplace and generous seating, an open-plan kitchen and dining area opening to a covered patio, and a separate TV room opening to a second covered deck. Central heating and cooling serve the home. Outdoors are a private pool, garden, BBQ and fire pit.

The bedroom wing includes a rear primary suite with a queen bed, walk-in robe and attached ensuite. Each of the four additional bedrooms has a queen bed. Two additional bathrooms serve shared use, and an in-unit laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker; other facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, a hair dryer and iron.

Free parking is available on the driveway, with two undercover garage spaces and free street parking. The home has a private entrance and garden views. Mudgee town is a short drive away, with the region’s vineyards nearby.

Optional experiences and add-ons include wine tours, private chefs, catering, in-home yoga and private transport. Request help organising these at booking. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector.
