The cabin has three bedrooms, including one in the annex, six sleeping places, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet with a sink and cold water in the annex. It has a large fjord-facing terrace and an additional sea-facing terrace at the annex.

The cabin is about 50 metres from the sea. A walkway leads to a bathing beach and smooth rocks in about six minutes on foot. The public beach in Hvitsten centre is 1.6 km away, the bathing pier at Nedre Ramme Gård is 600 metres away, and Ramme Gård is about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest town and grocery store are in Vestby, 6.5 km away. The cabin has a year-round road, with three parking spaces and a 10-metre walkway to the property.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cabin is rented to people over 30; families are welcome. Guests must bring bed linen and towels; duvets and pillows are provided. Firewood, bed linen, towels, a hot tub/jacuzzi, baby cot and high chair are not provided. Final cleaning and electricity are included. A charcoal grill is available.
