The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. This is not a party house. Up to two pets are welcome; share pet details with the team. A two-night minimum stay applies.
Getting there
The heart of Joshua Tree is three miles away. Mountains for hiking are within close walking distance, and there is a trail behind the house. 29 Palms Marine Base is 25 miles away, Whitewater 29 miles, Palm Springs 33 miles and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway 35 miles. The home has no televisions.
