The hotel offers six accommodation categories: Single Room, Deluxe King Room, Double Room, Triple Room, Tree House, and Dorms. The hotel page describes 14 accommodations in front of El Zonte Surf Point. The six-day Surf Camp includes coached sessions, video analysis, land drills, accommodation, meals, and transfers. Hotel stays include accommodation and breakfast; other services and experiences can be added. Airport transfers take approximately 50 minutes and operate 24/7, including night transfers. Advance booking is recommended. Massages offered include relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and recovery treatments; booking at least 24 hours ahead is recommended, with a minimum notice of four hours. Prices shown are $60 for one hour or $90 for 1.5 hours. The day pass is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for $40 per person, including $20 in consumable credit; children aged 5–10 may attend for $15 without consumable credit. Day passes require advance reservations and availability is limited.
