The house

Purgatory Townhome 153 accommodates up to eight guests in a 967-square-foot, two-bedroom home with two bathrooms. The single-level home has a private entrance, mountain and ski-slope views, a living space with a wood stove, heating and hot water.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. The private balcony opens from the dining area and has a gas grill, a small outdoor table and two chairs.

Guests have access to a shared pool for relaxing during warmer months and a gym or fitness room. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television with cable or satellite service, washer and dryer, and shared coin laundry are available. Bed linens, towels, toiletries and a crib are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Purgatory Resort's slopes, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Nearby activities include skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. Downtown Durango is less than 30 miles south. Parking is available for one car, and self check-in is offered.
