The house

The villa faces a sheltered saltwater bay suitable for paddleboarding, canoeing and swimming. A private infinity pool runs along the villa's edge, with direct access from the living spaces and views toward Minitas Bay. Water features and gardens surround a wooden entrance walkway.

An open-air lounge has vaulted wooden ceilings and generous seating. A second living area has a sofa, large television and direct outdoor access. There is also a separate studio/family room for relaxing. The dining area connects with a modern kitchen equipped for daily cooking around a central island, and a BBQ provides another cooking option. Housekeepers, a cook and a waiter are included.

All eight bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and a powder room serves the shared areas. Additional facilities include a sauna, fitness room, lanai/balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, hot water, safe, hair dryer, shampoo, satellite or cable television and a speaker system.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 mile away and The Marina is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 miles away, the Tennis Center 3.3 miles and the Shooting Center 5 miles. Mandatory resort registration provides access to Minitas Beach, tennis, equestrian activities, shooting, the spa, fitness center, golf access and advance tee times, pool towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.
