The house

Punta Minitas 15 overlooks the Caribbean Sea, Casa de Campo Marina and Catalina Island. Tropical gardens surround the villa and its oceanfront sanded solarium. Four bedrooms have sea views. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV and a private sea-view terrace. Guest bedrooms 2–7 each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom; guest bedrooms 8 and 9 also have ensuite bathrooms.

The furnished living room has satellite or cable TV and a speaker system. The formal dining room seats ten and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The fully equipped kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and kitchen basics. A BBQ supports outdoor meals. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, jetted tub and oceanfront sanded solarium. Housekeepers, a cook, waiter and manager are included throughout the stay, along with a four-seat golf cart for the reservation. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, parking, a safe, hair dryers, hot water and toiletries are provided. The villa is in a gated community, with nearby spa and wellness options, golf, tennis, fishing and watersports.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 mile away and Casa de Campo Marina is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 miles, the Tennis Center 3.3 miles and the Shooting Center 5 miles away.
