The house

The villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea, with connected indoor and outdoor living spaces, vaulted ceilings and ocean-facing living-room windows. The dining area seats eight and opens toward the pool. A second lounge has a speaker system and cable TV. Air conditioning serves the principal living spaces. Housekeeper, cook and waiter service are included.

The fully stocked kitchen has generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking essentials, dish soap and detergent. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, essentials, safe and hot water are available.

Outside, the private infinity pool has sea views and chaise loungers. A shaded cabana provides outdoor dining and a BBQ, and there is a private hot tub. The villa has a gated setting and balconies or decks.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private garden access and a lounge area. Guest bedroom 2 has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, private deck, ocean views and a lounge area. Guest bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, laptop-friendly desk, private deck and ocean views. Guest bedroom 5 has queen bedding, an ensuite bathroom and a private deck.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 miles away and The Marina is 1.5 miles away, both within an easy drive. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 miles away, the Tennis Center 3.3 miles and the Shooting Center 5 miles. Required resort registration provides access to designated facilities, including Minitas Beach, equestrian, shooting, tennis, spa, golf, fitness, pools and medical center services.
