The villa is currently undergoing remodeling; features, amenities, included staff and images may change.

A high-vaulted living room opens directly onto the patio. The equipped kitchen has generous preparation space and a breakfast bar seating three. Kitchen basics include dishwasher detergent, dish soap, scrubbers and paper towels. The covered terrace has outdoor dining for ten, with gardens, poolside loungers, a shaded cabana and a hammock beneath the trees. A housekeeper, cook and waiter are included.

All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has split air conditioning, a TV, lanai access and a private Jacuzzi with ocean views. Guest bedroom 2 has split air conditioning, a TV and direct garden access. Guest bedroom 3 has split air conditioning, a TV and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 4 has access to the shared outdoor spaces. There is also a powder room.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, parking, a BBQ, hot water, a safe, a hair dryer, shampoo, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system.

Minitas Beach is 2.3 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1.8 miles away; the Tennis Center is 3 miles away, the Shooting Center 3.9 miles, the Marina 4.7 miles and Altos de Chavon 5 miles. Required resort registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, selected pools and Minitas Beach services, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Non-smoking villa. Pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. Resort registration is required before arrival. Fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. Registration requires guest names and passport numbers. An additional 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee apply. A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required.
