## About the house

Punahoa Beach 205 sleeps four in a small, low-rise building on quiet Iliili Street. Remodeled in 2021, the condo has a private lanai with outdoor seating and a strip of lawn between it and the shoreline. Its 180-degree ocean views extend toward West Maui's mountains, with Lanai, Kahoolawe and Molokini visible on clear days. Sunsets are visible year-round, and humpback whales can often be seen offshore in winter.

The primary bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the guest bedroom offers a twin-to-king conversion upon request. One full bathroom serves both bedrooms and the whole condo. There is a living room, dining area and equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and utensils. A BBQ is also available.

Facilities include a community pool, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, smart television with satellite or cable service, and on-site paid community laundry with a washer and dryer. Free assigned parking is partially covered and located at the building. The building has an elevator, and the condo has a private entrance. Linens, shampoo, a hair dryer, iron, hot water and a smoke detector are provided.

Charley Young Beach and Cove Park are an easy walk away, as are Kalama Village's shops and restaurants and the Foodland grocery store. Kahului Airport (OGG) serves the area; taxis and Uber can be used for trips farther away.
